Congratulations! You are registered for the Studio Joy residency. Feel free to reach out with any questions before the residency at amanda@amandajolley.com.

For the workshop portion of the residency, a reminder email with any additional instructions and logistics will be sent a couple weeks before the workshop.

Here’s a refresher on other Studio Joy workshop policies:

Accessibility:
Studio Joy strives to be accessible and accommodate the needs of its students. The old building does not allow for ability to accommodate all physical needs, but accommodations can be made for table height, type of seating, and most sensory issues. Please communicate your requested accommodations when you register. Studio Joy is a fragrance free zone.

Refund Requests:
Residents will receive a full refund of tuition less related transaction fees if a request to withdraw is received by Amanda Jolley, Studio Joy no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the workshop/residency. At 30 days prior to the residency, 50% of registration fees less related transaction fees will be refunded. Request to withdraw less than 30 days prior to the residency will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellation:
Residents will receive a full refund if a catastrophic event requires the cancellation of the residency. Travel costs incurred by the residents will not be refunded by Studio Joy. Travel insurance is recommended as a safeguard for these situations.
