Art Journaling

Creative Journaling with Words, Images, Colors and Texture

Date: None scheduled at this time. To schedule your own class with a group of friends (min. 4), contact me.

Art journaling can be a fresh way to tell stories, remember events, and intuitively express emotions. Learning the basics of art journaling often unlocks a new way of viewing everyday happenings. This class is for you if you think you are not creative, but are feeling a nudge in that direction, if you would like to add a little vavoom to your written journaling, if you feel the desire to play, or if you would like to treat yourself to a very fun, self-care date. The techniques learned can easily be shared with children as a way for them to chronicle their own lives, observe nature, and express their own voice of creativity.

In this class, we will construct an Art Journal using vintage book covers and fun variety of papers. To fill to this journal, we will experiment with elements of visual journaling as well as finding that intuitive voice.
